Congratulations on the spring issue of the 9th volume of Infusion magazine. Reading about the unique experiences and thoughtful insights of the Fulbright scholars, English Teaching Assistants and researchers is something that I look forward to each issue. The magazine is an ideal venue to showcase the creativity and many talents of the Fulbright grantees, and offers readers a unique insight into what makes the program so special.

Since it began in Korea nearly a quarter century ago, the Fulbright Program has matured tremendously, expanding into new and exciting areas of cultural and educational exchange. Thanks to your efforts, the program continues to evolve, strengthening the historically strong bilateral relationship and people-to-people ties that bind our two countries. I am truly excited to see what new developments are in store for the future of Fulbright in Korea.
Cordially,

Robert W. Ogburn
Minister-Counselor for Public Affairs
