Directions: Chocoart is located in near Jeju City Hall on the same street as the Si-Chung CGV. From City Hall, head north toward Top Dong, making a right at the first large intersection. Chocoart is the building with the white sign right next to the post office and near a large Nong-Hyeop Bank building.

A popular spot for foreigners and locals alike, Chocoart has the best hot chocolate on the island. It’s a great place for visiting with friends because of the cozy atmosphere, but it’s also good for getting work done, as the Wifi code is provided at the bottom of your receipt. Drinks are always served with some little chocolate sample, which is a nice bonus.
