About Infusion
Since the publication of its first volume in 2008, Fulbright Korea Infusion has showcased the literary, artistic and academic talents of Fulbright grantees and scholars. Infusion also serves as the Korean-American Educational Commission’s annual forum for grantee news, journalism, research, literature, artwork, poetry, photography, and video. The magazine aims to capture the diversity of the Fulbright Korea experience by publishing work from Fulbright Korea senior scholars, junior researchers, English teaching assistants, and program alumni. During the 2011–12 Fulbright grant year, Infusion inaugurated its website, making both print content and exclusive online material accessible to readers worldwide.
Infusion is published by the Korean-American Educational Commission, or Fulbright Commission. However, the Fulbright Commission is not responsible for the opinions expressed in Infusion by individual contributors, nor do these opinions in any way reflect official Fulbright Commission policy. The contents of this publication may not be reproduced in whole or in part without permission from the contributor and from the commission.
The Fulbright program aims to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and other countries through cultural and educational exchanges. The Korean-American Educational Commission in Seoul is governed by a Board consisting of equal numbers of Koreans and Americans representing governmental, educational and private sectors. The Korean-American Educational Commission Board makes decisions on overall policies of the Fulbright program in Korea.
